South East Pump Tournament Registration form

Event one, PUMP MARKERS only.


Please fill out the form completely, incomplete forms will not be accepted and your team will not be registered for the event. All forms must be received a minimum of two weeks prior to the event to ensure placement on the team roster. The Pre-Registration fee for this event is $90, or $120 The day of the event, IF there are open slots left at that time. Event day registration will be taken only on a first come, first served basis, and spots are not guaranteed at that time. "No shows" will result in a 100% forfeiture of the registration fee, however a 50% credit will be issued applicable to the next SCP/ PBM jointly sponsored southeast event of the Southeast Pump Tournament Series, there will be no refunds of any type.

   A payment request will be sent to the team captains email address upon receipt of this electronically submitted form.  No slots will be reserved until payment in full is received. Payment may be made via Paypal™ (Credit cards accepted), US Postal Service Money Order  (Sorry, no "convenience store" m/o's ) or bank certified check. A mailing address will forwarded to you for non electronic transactions.
